John Brady

John Brady

Managing Director

With over 40 years in the events industry, John is the driving force behind JBE. Growing up in a showbiz family, he toured Ireland’s cabaret circuit before training in hospitality and production, honing his craft alongside industry icon Marjorie Courtney. He also holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Science but found his true passion in events. His background includes running the Champagne Bar at Leopardstown Racecourse, managing high-profile product launches, and performing across Europe with his brother in an acclaimed illusion act.

As MD and Founder of JBE, John leads with experience, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. A skilled showrunner and production expert, he thrives on problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring JBE delivers seamless, world-class experiences for every client.
Cathy Tonge

Cathy Tonge

General Manager

Creative at heart and meticulous in execution, Cathy has been at the core of JBE since 1997. A trained ballet and contemporary dancer, she performed as a soloist with two ballet companies before becoming an award-winning choreographer. She is a fully accredited member of the International Dance Association and spent a decade immersed in the world of dance before finding her perfect balance of creativity and strategy at JBE.

Over 27 years, Cathy has worked across every department, rising to General Manager. She thrives on bringing ideas to life—whether managing large-scale productions, liaising with world-class artists, or crafting unforgettable, bespoke experiences.
Paul Brady

Paul Brady

Head of Production Innovation

Paul has been immersed in entertainment and events since childhood, filming 14 commercials by age six before becoming Ireland’s youngest televised magician and performing across Europe with his brother in an acclaimed illusion act.

With a background in television production, he worked as a cameraman for RTE, BBC, and Channel 4 before stepping fully into event operations.

As a production specialist at JBE, Paul thrives on bringing ideas to life, integrating innovative technology, and ensuring seamless execution. His hands-on approach, sharp eye for detail, and ability to adapt to any challenge help create flawless productions and unforgettable experiences.
Denise Flynn

Denise Flynn

Head of Creative Partnerships

An award-winning creative director and choreographer, Denise has amassed 30 years’ experience in corporate event entertainment, creative arts, and hospitality industries.

An original cast member of Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance & Feet of Flames, Denise has toured the globe performing on world-renowned stages, including London’s Wembley Stadium to Radio City Music Hall New York.
As founder of ‘Damhsa’, she spent 14 years leading acclaimed productions including Belvedere Irish Nights, Medieval Banquets at Barberstown and The Scotsman’s 5* rated show ‘Irish Celtic – Spirit of Ireland.

Denise’s expertise spans creative direction, large-scale event production and performance design.
At JBE, she blends business acumen, leadership, and creative problem-solving to deliver under pressure ensuring every production is both precise and impactful.
Brenda brookes

Brenda Brooks

Head of Talent & Events

A seasoned performer with 30 years on the stage and over a decade in event production, Brenda has graced major theatres across Dublin and Europe.

She was part of the Liffey European touring production of Riverdance and a lead in Magical Rhythms of Ireland. Her career experiences range from theatre, television and recording to event operations.

At JBE, she draws on her expertise in communication and negotiation to engage with and manage talent, coordinate events, and ensure seamless execution of the Guinness Storehouse entertainment programme, amongst others. Outgoing and approachable, she brings energy, creativity, and collaboration to every project — always with a touch of fun.
Sinead Griffin

Sinead Griffin

Head of Event Excellence

With over a decade in the events industry, Sinead has managed high-profile occasions in two of Dublin’s largest venues—Croke Park Stadium and the Guinness Storehouse. As Event Manager at Seasons, she orchestrated seamless experiences for up to 2,000 guests, including prestigious events like the Royal Visit of William and Catherine in 2020.

Her career highlights include managing large-scale events such as the Aer Lingus College Football Fan Party and collaborating with major clients like Google, Pfizer, and UEFA. Armed with a Master’s in Events Marketing and Management from London Metropolitan University, she combines academic expertise with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results.

Known for her calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, she thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring every event runs flawlessly. A dedicated professional with a passion for travel, she brings a fresh perspective and a steady hand to every project.
